Visage App ("we," "us," or "our") provides a facial analysis application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze facial features and offer personalized recommendations. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data with transparency and care.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and your rights regarding your personal data. It applies to the Visage mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other relevant data protection laws.
We collect basic information necessary to operate the app, including usage patterns and in-app purchase history. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you.
When you use Visage, you may submit photographs of your face ("Face Data") for analysis. This is the core function of the app. Face Data is sensitive personal data and is handled with strict protections.
If you purchase a physical product through the app, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number in order to process, fulfill, and ship your order, and to send you order-status notifications. This data is stored on our servers and shared with a payment processor solely to complete your transaction. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you.
With your consent (collected via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt or equivalent), we share device and advertising identifiers, along with app events such as installs, purchases, and key in-app actions, with a mobile measurement/attribution partner and an advertising/social-platform partner. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and attribute app installs to the correct source. You can withdraw this consent at any time in your device's privacy settings, which will stop future sharing.
On Android, we similarly collect your advertising ID (with the ability to opt out or reset it in your device's Google Settings) and use Google Play's Install Referrer API to attribute app installs to the correct marketing source.
